1. Who we are
Obsidian Trading ("we", "the platform") operates obsidian.uno, a subscription service that provides automatically generated trading signals through technical analysis.
2. What data we collect
- Your email address and password (stored encrypted, never in plain text)
- Subscription status and Stripe customer ID (we never store your card details — those stay with Stripe)
- Your in-app preferences (favorites, tracked symbols)
- Minimal technical data needed for the service to run (auth session, server logs for debugging)
3. How we use your data
We use your data solely to give you access to the platform, manage your subscription, and show you personalized signals and favorites. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-party providers
We use Stripe for payment processing (Stripe has its own privacy policy) and a hosting provider to run the application. We do not share data with any other third parties beyond what is strictly needed to run the service.
5. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are an EU resident, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. You can exercise these rights by writing to us at

7. Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies for session authentication and language preference — we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
